On the “Catholic/conservative” scale, where is Villanova?

LOL

Villanova farms kids from Long Island like crazy, it definitely has a large MAGA contingency.

Anecdata of one MAGA, above. Also yes to LI. And the Catholic is strictly for show.

FFS, it's not a safety school for anyone anymore, and it is not MAGA. I hate this thread. I am not the PP whose kid is loving it, but my kids have several friends there -- mostly moderate/liberal -- and they love it.

This saves us a drive to Philly -- thanks

When you look up their stats, you'll realize it's no one's safety school. This post is full of weird trolls

OMG YOU are the bad fit for Villanova, not the other way around. Stay away- no one there needs your toxicity anyway. GO CATS!

If you go, though, also check out St. Joe's, which is a terrific safety school.

At select northeastern Catholic HSs it most certainly is. If you're coming from an unaffiliated school I'm sure it wouldn’t look like it though by the stats.

From pa here - nova is maga-lite

Bc is nothing like nova imo. Nova is a lot more Long Island if you know what I mean

Yes. Scranton and St. joe's are both safety schools, but both great in their own ways.

NP

Villanova University is not a safety school for anyone.

Villanova is not a school with a heavy MAGA presence.

Posts in this thread which state otherwise are uninformed and unfamiliar with Villanova.

Beautiful campus & nice location. Definitely worth a visit.

Solid business school & outstanding for accounting.

Sone bad advice on here. If Jesuit schools are a 1 and Newman schools are a 10, Villanova would be about a 3. Definitely not a safety school except for Ivy level kids.

On the conservative side - think LAX bros and military offspring.
