It's OK. Personally I find Beyonce annoying and talentless, and can't stand that she acts like she's high class while constantly surrounding herself with thugs, but others seem to like her.

It’s okay not to like her music.

But the girl can play an instrument, write lyrics and music, and sing. Plus, she’s known to be kind to her fans.

While her music isn’t my cup of tea, it’s weird to dismiss her obvious talent and success.

I have a friend who loves Taylor Swift and every time she has a new album (or, inexplicably, an old album re-released as a new album?) my friend tell me that I am going to "looooooove" some new songs and then I listen to them to humor her (I listen to a lot of music, I am open minded, I'd be happy to discover something new I like) and they are universally boring and repetitive. Also my friend bought a Taylor Swift branded cardigan at one point and when she showed it to me I had to refrain from treating her like a person in a cult because (1) it is ugly, (2) it was way overpriced, and (3) ... why couldn't you just go to like Urban Outfitters and buy a non-Taylor Swift branded cardigan.

I truly cannot stand listening to a single Kacee Musgraves song, so I am personally surprised at her level of popularity, but you're statement that Taylor Swift is "actively bad"? You realize musical taste is subject, right? So while I may not like Kacee, I don't run around stating that she is talentless and that I simply cannot fathom why any of the billions of other people in this world would disagree with me.
