Where do you park? |
On the street or in back (one photo shows that, anyway). |
| The window AC unit in a bedroom is a nice touch on a nearly $2 million house. |
That is AU in a nutshell. |
| Extremely overpriced. |
+1 we’ve been looking for just this kind of house and pickings are slim. I mean, Hope I’m wrong! |
The thing that’s special about it is that there’s not really anything else up for sale in AU park now. |
|
They really made the floorplan include a lot of the features families want today (large kitchen, mudroom, en-suite, etc), and I actually think they did a pretty good job but the resulting spaces are really small and you lose the ability to entertain really at all.
I think I would prefer an addition on the back. |
That’s the going rate for a 5+ br in AU park. Whether you personally would pay that much to live there is a different question, but the market very much supports these prices. |
Then you would be looking at a 3M+ flip. |
+ 100. I don’t really like Yuma street. A bit busy and you can only park on the other side of the street |
Just like most of the houses around here. |
It’s terrible bc the neighborhood stinks. Save and see if you can do better in Kent or Cleveland Park. Otherwise, prepare for your kids to be slaked by the depravity of AU Park. |
Depravity? I remember a while back someone commenting that everyone in AU Park was basic. Which is a lot different than depraved. You people are confusing. |
| Sold today for $2.05M, $250k over asking! |
