Gorgeous in AU Park

I really like this one: https://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/4208-Yuma-St-NW-20016/home/9957900

Already pending but seems like great square footage, location, whole package. Anyone know what it went for? I feel like it would have been $2M house in the Before Times.

I'm surprised at the price, lower than I'd expect for a house that well maintained in that location. The house is beautiful but nothing unique.

Pretty and functional.
Love the mud room.

I surprised at the price being so high for a generic colonial.

I think the price is really reasonable given kitchen and baths are pretty up to date. Agree, a bit generic, but overall good value for AU park.

Is that a stand-alone sauna in the corner of the bedroom? WTF.
Anonymous
Nothing special about it at all.

Classic colonial, well-kept. Based on the current climate they're lucky they got their price, if they did.

Seems fine, but looks like every other house in AU Park.

For the price it’s great. Agree with the lovely mudroom and the oddly placed sauna …

Well, that’s what happens in AU Park. But, if you are looking for a house, I wouldn’t feel like you missed out too much. There are bound to be a number of substantially similar places on the market over the next several months.

I wonder why they painted the kitchen cabinets that color? I see it elsewhere in the house too and I think it doesn’t work with its surroundings.

I hope so. I feel like houses in this condition and location are few and far between
