Yes, which is concerning. So I looked at what percentages of precincts have reported in each Council district to get a better idea what parts of the county are reporting. And Districts 4, 5, 6 have reported out more precinct results. Those districts likely favor Elrich. When mid county, west county and up county are reported, it might be very different. |
