Nadeau is the new Anita Bonds.
Get used to it. |
It is such little money, though. She could make more doing pretty much anything else with her experience. |
| Ask David Grosso |
What?! Who would hire her? Be real |
| Nathan’s hot dog contest? |
| If they run, I bet they'll get crushed. But they might send out 1M+ of flyers. That'll help out the USPS bottom line. So it might be a win? diverting money from Arkansas to the USPS? |
| Mwah, No-Do. So funny, no one cares. You’re out sooner or later. Meanwhile, chill out, doing nothing is better for Ward 1 |
| Leaving Ward 1’s position on the council vacant would be better than electing Nadeau. She provides no direction and uses problems to create opportunities for herself. |
Bonds may not be the leading light on the Council, but she’s a practical pol who forges compromise. Not so Nadeau. |
Allen was even unopposed. The challengers in W1 split the vote. Ranked choice voting would be beneficial but is unlikely in DC. |
How do you propose this be done legally? Mount a recall effort if you'd like. |
| More pearl clutching and pant wetting over Brianne at DCUM. Will you ever stop crying? JFC |
|
Not crying. Laughing at her. Since we moved.
She’s like Boris Johnson crossed with Ted Cruz of the Left (not commenting on the looks and the clown posing in every picture here, although one could, but on the grifting and the harebrained populist policies) Sadly not important enough to report on all the disgusting impropriety of her behavior in the press, but enough has leaked over time to worry people. She’s only there for the salary because there’s no other job she could ever get that would pay this much where she could continue to have no results. What a flimsy CV but think dossier of controversy |
|
Now that she’s pushing non-resident voting statehood will never become a reality. Local activists that put so much work into that issue should be angry as hell not to mention the poor who now find themselves standing in a longer line for benefits.
Thank you Brianne. |
I thought that I had heard it all but this takes that case. There is not one person in existence that was ready to support DC statehood but will now change their mind because a DC Council Member supports allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections. Ten different cities and towns in Maryland allow such voting. Do you propose to take away Maryland's statehood? New York City allows such voting. Should New Yorkers lose statehood? |
