| You can always drive to Shaw in DC and see if there’s been another double-shooting to gawk at (8th and R tonight) if you find the suburbs too dull. |
| You sound like such a loser, OP. There are a ton of restaurants out there (look in Leesburg) not to mention a ton of wineries and breweries that a 10-20 minute drive. Stop being so clueless and boring. |
+1 |
| This is so easy: Air and space (blackbird and shuttle!!!!) then get indian food or go to a brewery. |
|
Go to Applebees, sit at the bar, get effed up.
Boom. Done. You're welcome. |
| The suburbs are so dull. |
+1. |
| What to do in the suburbs? Rot. |
+1 Gawking at rat-infested restaurants in DC is always fun, too. |
+2 I'd hate to have such a dull friend picking me up at the airport. Zero imagination. |
| Gossip and drink. |
| Take her to Tysons |
| Invite a street walker, pimp, panhandler, and tent dweller to join you, along with a few gang members. Take the city to her, I’m sure she’ll love it. |

Tons of restaurants. Could also go to Top Golf - I’m not any kind of golfer, but top golf is fun with various hitting games and such. There’s also an indoor skydiving place that I’ve heard good things about. Ice skating.
Go down to centreville for the Korean spa experience - spa world or spa king. Walk around downtown Leesburg - there’s a bunch of cute little shops that you could check out. As others have said, lots of wineries in the area. Also local brewers and cider makers, if beer or hard cider are more your thing. Bring bikes and go for a quick ride along the W&OD. Go kayaking on the Potomac - usually great bald eagle viewing on the Loudoun section of the Potomac. Tons of hiking trails in the area. |
That’s like saying, don’t walk in any part of DC, there was a shooting. I was there a few days ago. No issues. |
