| I would have answered differently in my 20s but now that I'm in my 40s, mom brain and utter burnout have done a number on me and I feel like I'm a big faker at work who can't put two words together articulately. My husband still finds me attractive and my clothes still fit so I would choose intelligence. Attractiveness eventually fades with old age anyway, even for the people who start off as 10s. |
Definitely plus one here. I already make a lot of money and do well professionally. Would be nice to be a show stopper. Attractive people make more money anyway. |
| I’d like more executive function; then intelligence before looks. |
| Can I be effortlessly skinny and in perfect health ? |
| More attractive. I’m fairly intelligent already. |
| I think I'm already very intelligent not to sound stuck up but I do but I could really use some help in the looks department, not all my fault as I have a autoimmune disease and medical conditions that really did a number on me physically. |

Does a sharp brain = intelligent? Because I feel like I’m intelligent—I can speak eloquently on a large breadth of topics, I ask intelligent questions, I can synthesize information from different sources, and I can remember things I learned decades ago. But my brain is also a little friend and I forget multiple times a day what I’m supposed to be doing. Like, you know, getting dinner ready before I have a crisis on my hands.
I’d get substantially uglier to get rid of the brain fog. But if wr are talking about IQ, I’d go for hotter. |
Agree, which is why I said I would generally choose intelligence over beauty. But I am very smart already. And also pretty ugly. A lot of it is weight and I bust my ass to lose 5-10 pounds and then gain it back. What I really need is willpower to eat less. |
| Can I choose higher EQ? |
Yes, so it depends on how "smart" and successful you are. If you have $$$, you can get plastic surgery, hire a personal trainer, etc.. If you are reasonably intelligent, but don't have a lot of $$, but if you were "smarter" you could make more. If you are more attractive, that might mean you can find a rich man, but IMO, I'd rather make the money myself, and then buy myself a boy toy in my old age

Smarter doesn’t mean you can get more money! Some of the dumbest people have high salaries. |
| Another vote for attractive. |
| Neither. I would want more capacity to be content with what I have and cherish the present. |
| I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box, but honestly, I'm cool with who I am on the inside - I'll take hot any day! |
| More attractive, because I'm already smarter than most people. But I'm not that attractive, alas. |
