FCPS could have accepted Judge Hilton's ruling instead of appealing and wasting time. Sue them! |
What happened to "Why can't these parents send their kids to base HS?". Don't practice what you preach? |
It takes less time to appeal a ruling that has no basis in case law than it does to design a brand new admissions process with no guidance from the Judge on how to do so. |
No - the class of 2025 lost the fewest kids from admitted class by March of their freshman year. |
#fakenews |
Umm. . . you do realize they won the case, right? The school appealed and also appealed the Judge denying the stay pending appeal. So, maybe you should be angry with FCPS for not respecting the decision and denial of the stay. |
If FCPS cared about the students they would have accepted the decision and gone back to the previous process. but this is more about the FCPS board's false ego. |
Or, the opposite. FCPS cares about the students at TJ and all the high schools and is trying to do the best for all of them. |
No, I'm more upset with Asra whats-her-face trying to represent my interests when she really isn't. Her group wants to screw over my kid's application class for her gain. |
Not very good with math, eh? Class of 2025: 550 admitted - 529 (March enrollment) = 21 (3.8% attrition) Class of 2024: 486 - 452 = 34 (7%) Class of 2023: 504 - 468 = 36 (7%) Class of 2022: 485 - 454 = 31 (6%) |
+1 She's just trying to squeeze out a few more Fox News interviews at the expense of my kid. |
LMAO. I have a bridge in McLean for sale⦠|
Stop being a racist to a minority woman. |
They can't go back to the previous process since the exam no longer exists. The judge's order was vague, in that there is no guidance there on what part of the current admissions process is problematic, so it's not like they can address the problematic parts and continue the process. |
Funny how Asra is quick to pull out the racist card anytime anyone calls out her bullsh1t. |
