She works on the weekend. |
Because he is a part of the family and contributes to the messes. |
Find a cheap church daycare and switch from weekly to bi-weekly. Your wife is wrong, but someone has to clean the house. |
A SAHM is one who doesn't work for pay. It has nothing to do with what days of the week she works. If she's doing things with your kid, such as taking them to the pool, and your kid is interacting with the other kids, then preschool is a luxury for mom, not something that the kid benefits from or is hurt by. She should get to choose the luxury she wants. I'd totally pick homeschooling over cleaning in that circumstance. |
So she takes care of the kids all week and then comes home to your weekend messes after work? She probably works to afford help! |
She’s home more often than he is. The gym is not replacing preschool. If nothing else preschool will get him ready for structured class and given him interactions with his peers. Sad to miss out on that because mom doesn’t want to clean her own home herself on occasion. |
One of the kids is in school for most of the day… She also was given the option to not work … |
YMCA is fine. They doing use tv, and she has more of an idea of what's going on because she can pop in a see the child. I think she sounds smart. She's saving her mental health. A lot of kids hate preschool anyway. |
What kind of weird budget do you have that *only* housecleaning can be sacrificed to pay for preschool? Why don’t you start bringing your lunch to work instead of buying, for example, and move housecleaning to biweekly? |
Either way, she works. Do you think her DH is giving her a break all weekend?! Sahm doesn't get breaks. |
The play based preschools fo little to prepare kids. It’s good enough except if they go to a more structured one with academics. |
Preschool is a good transition to Kindergarten. A lot of kids hate school period. Doesn’t mean you don’t send them. |
Maybe they are saving for a house? Some people have the money, but they want to save it. |
OP is a troll but this response is totally whack. Absolutely nuts. |
If both kids are at school she does. Monday through Friday. |
