It depends on what you mean by fast food, OP.
Like what would have been considered fast food pre-2000? Or also "QSRs"-- quick serve restaurants like Chipotle? "Real" fast food... I guess I'd have to sort of force myself to eat some sort of veggies and fiber, or I'd feel like death, but I really am a person who enjoys fast food and kinda grew up on it. I guess I'd do: Breakfast: I don't eat breakfast most days, but I'd get McDonald's or similar 2-3x-- Sausage McMuffin w/egg and the like. If allowed Smoothie King, then definitely that. Lunch: Again, like a Smoothie King, maybe Wendy's salads. Dinner: I would genuinely get my greasy faves like Popeyes, Roy Rogers, maybe Burger King, etc., at least 3-4x, then try to get something more reasonable (again, Wendy's has a good salad) 3-4x. Popeyes and some other places at least have some bean-related sides and so on that are still heavy in sodium, but provide non-animal nutrients. If we included QSRs, this would be way easier and more healthful. Don't get me wrong, I love greasy food, but I'm too old to be eating it every day for a week. I'd be for sure getting Cava, Smoothie King, Sweetgreen, maybe Chipotle... I used to LOVE "Shophouse," which was a SE Asian Chipotle-style place, but I guess it was too spicy for folks, because it went OOB. |

Chopt salad for at least 5 days
Pad Thai on Friday Best Buns Ossie Rolls on Saturday |
| I would eat a ton of Chipotle and Sweetgreen, with an occasional McDonald's breakfast and Burger King and Wendy's for lunch or dinner. |
+1. I used to eat out for lunch everyday, and this was basically my rotation. |
|
Breakfast would rotate:
Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit (and a yogurt parfait for lunch) McD’s breakfast burrito and a smoothie Dunkin egg white sandwich Lunch would always be a salad from Saladworks or Chopt Dinner: Blaze or Coal Fire pizza, maybe Wendy’s once, then I’d just give up and die. |
Fast food? Like a few PPs, to me fast food means McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell and the like. Gross, greasy and drive-thru windows. Things that aren't really customizable. Sweetgreen or Chipotle are faster than a sit-down restaurant but they aren't fast food. Pret a Manger = fast food???? |

Breakfast: I usually just drink coffee, so Starbucks drive through. But maybe just one CFA breakfast sandwich and a bagel shop bagel with scallion cheese and tomato.
Lunch: impossible Whopper at BK, Panera potato or tomato soup and Greek salad, Chipotle salad bowl with fajita veggies and black beans, pizza (NY style)...can't think of one more Dinner: Cava salad bowl with falafel, shake shake shroom burger... Can't think of 3 more That was harder than I thought. I'm veg but still love an occasional dose of greasy fast food. Included fast casual because it really is just as fast. In under 5-10 minutes after walking in the door, you're eating. |
| OP here. I mean drive thru places. Including STBX |
| Sushi and Thai food are not fast food, FFS. |

Breakfast: McDonald’s sausage burritos and a hash brown, Taco Bell breakfast crunch wrap, Starbucks everything bagel with butter AND cream cheese, McDonald’s iced coffee
Lunch/Dinner: Jack in the Box tacos!!! McDonald’s filet o fish or McChicken, Wendy’s bacon cheeseburger, Taco Bell Cheesy Gordita crunch and cheesy fiesta potatoes, chic fil nuggets, waffle fries, and Mac and cheese and maybe a southwest salad (if I’m only allowed fast food I’m taking advantage to indulge!) |
| Lots of McDonald's fries & quarter pounders, Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich, Taco Bell, and Chik-Fil-A cool wraps. |
| Roy Rogers breakfast, lunch and dinner |
| Cava everyday. |

Uh if you mean bougie fast food...
Cava: I get white rice, roasted veggies, hummus x 2, tzatziki, lots of veggie toppings including double pickles, harissa vinaigrette, and schug Sweetgreen: I get arugula, spicy broccoli x 2, tofu, carrots, cukes, zaatar breadcrumbs, balsamic and green goddess dressings. Couscous if I am very hungry. Bibibop: I get white rice, tofu, corn, cabbage, broccoli, carrot, kale, kimchi (extra), teriyaki and gochujang. Potatoes if I am very hungry. Chipotle: I get white rice, black and pinto beans, all the salsas, guac, and sour cream Maybe Manny and Olga's pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. If I can make a salad to go with it. I'd probably get Sweetgreen, Cava, and Bibipop twice and Chipotle once. I don't think those are unhealthy or bad at all. If you're eating full bowls 2x a day that is probably too many calories for an average woman, but if I get one of these it's usually my big meal and often I don't finish it. If you're talking McDonalds/BK/Taco Bell fast food, I honestly wouldn't want that. But ChikFilA is good by me once in a while. |
