If you were only allowed to eat fast food for a week, what would your diet look like?

I live next to a cava and don’t get the appeal. It isn’t good and overpriced for what you get.

LOL!!!!

I love Taco Bell bean and cheese burritos with a little sour cream and mild sauce.

I'm definitely going to Popeye's for dinner seven nights in a row!

Breakfast: Wendy's or Chick Fil A

Lunch: Burger King, Arby's or, hello, more Wendy's

Can I get dessert somewhere too? Cold Stone

Sweetgreen or Cava every day for lunch.

Dinner would be more Cava, Sweetgreen, Chopt, District Taco, and a Popeye's chicken sandwich thrown in because I loooovvvvveeeeee it.

I like your menu. I, too, loooooooooooooooove, the Popeye's chicken sandwich. I could also do McDonald's for breakfast. They have oatmeal, yogurt, orange juice and (for a treat ) pull-apart donuts.

Ooooh, have you tried the braised lamb? It is really good! Pricey but good.

Lunch: Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich, small fry.

Dinner: Wendy’s taco salad.

I could easily eat that for 5 days, I think.

Me, too. Although I would do the Popeyes fried chicken sandwich.

Breakfast
-starbucks latte hot with either bacon egg Gouda or the hard boiled egg box
- chickfila cold brew with chicken minis or chicken hash brown bowl and fruit bowl
-mcdonalds pancakes with a sausage patty and milk

Lunch/Dinner
- McDonald's 6pc kids meal with milk or soda with kids fries and apple slices
-chickfila strips with Mac n cheese and diet lemonade
-chickfila strips with kale salad
-taco bell 3 tacos regular or nachos bell grande no beans
-wendys salad and chili

Mac n cheese has better macros compared to fries surprisingly.
I couldn't eat just drive thru for a week without more fruit and veggie options. I don't do well with straight salads but love veggies, which is why salad options are missing on my list.

In this fantasy world, do I need to worry about my high blood pressure or not?

I enjoy a fast food meal but the idea of doing this for a week absolutely turns my stomach.

B: Panera cheese and bacon quiche, pecan sticky bun, coffee
S: bubble tea
L: chikfila classic sandwich, chikfila sauce, fries, frosted coffee
S: bubble tea
D: chipotle burrito (steak, peppers, cheese, sour cream)

If nutrition is any kind of consideration:
B: protein box and house coffee from starbucks
L: chikfila salad, grilled chicken
D: miso soup and sushi

Salads and pho = fast food????

I honestly would eat only three soft beef tacos supreme minus tomatoes from Taco Bell every day for two months and lost weight. But hey if we're going all out here it goes:

Breakfast: Chick-fil-A spicy chicken biscuit sandwich everyday
Coffee: Hazelnut latte unsweetened from Dunkin
Lunch: 2 soft beef tacos supreme from Taco Bell
Dinner: Variations of these - Culvers butterburger and chocolate malt, Taco Bell chicken quesadillas, Culvers cheese curds

Yeah I may get colitis, gain tons of weight, but at least I understand what fast food is!!

If Pizza chains are allowed, adding Pizza Hut stuffed crust pepperoni, Domino Hawaii pizza with handmade crust, and a pepperoni pizza from Papa John;s with garlic sauce

Amazing - we have the same exact pizza preferences. Also, supportive of the chick-fil-a for breakfast, Dunkin hazelnut, and chocolate malt shake.

Reviving this because I am going to need to do a few days of drive-thru food (not an entire week, thank goodness) -- road trip with a dog, so I can't go into stores to get stuff, and I'm not sure if logistics will allow me to get food then drive on a few minutes to a rest stop, so assume I'll be eating and driving.

Culver's is on my list. What else?

(And seriously, just drive-thrus. I don't care if you think it sounds awful, I don't want to live off packable snacks, and I'm not looking for hacks.)
