Popeyes and some other places at least have some bean-related sides and so on that are still heavy in sodium, but provide non-animal nutrients. If we included QSRs, this would be way easier and more healthful. Don't get me wrong, I love greasy food, but I'm too old to be eating it every day for a week. I'd be for sure getting Cava, Smoothie King, Sweetgreen, maybe Chipotle... I used to LOVE "Shophouse," which was a SE Asian Chipotle-style place, but I guess it was too spicy for folks, because it went OOB. [/quote]
