If you were only allowed to eat fast food for a week, what would your diet look like?

McD’s bacon, egg, and cheese meal with large Diet Coke for breakfast.

Lunch: Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich, small fry.

Dinner: Wendy’s taco salad.

I could easily eat that for 5 days, I think.

Is this a magical land where calories and salt don’t count?
B: Panera cheese and bacon quiche, pecan sticky bun, coffee
S: bubble tea
L: chikfila classic sandwich, chikfila sauce, fries, frosted coffee
S: bubble tea
D: chipotle burrito (steak, peppers, cheese, sour cream)

If nutrition is any kind of consideration:
B: protein box and house coffee from starbucks
L: chikfila salad, grilled chicken
D: miso soup and sushi

Lunch: chick fil a sandwich, taco bell, or burger king whopper junior.

Salads and pho = fast food????

I honestly would eat only three soft beef tacos supreme minus tomatoes from Taco Bell every day for two months and lost weight. But hey if we're going all out here it goes:

Breakfast: Chick-fil-A spicy chicken biscuit sandwich everyday
Coffee: Hazelnut latte unsweetened from Dunkin
Lunch: 2 soft beef tacos supreme from Taco Bell
Dinner: Variations of these - Culvers butterburger and chocolate malt, Taco Bell chicken quesadillas, Culvers cheese curds

Yeah I may get colitis, gain tons of weight, but at least I understand what fast food is!!

If Pizza chains are allowed, adding Pizza Hut stuffed crust pepperoni, Domino Hawaii pizza with handmade crust, and a pepperoni pizza from Papa John;s with garlic sauce

I don’t really consider district taco or cava fast food, but if they are it would be much easier.

Oh if it’s limited to places with drive thru:

B: starbucks bacon egg and cheese sandwich, vanilla latte
L: chikfila sandwich and fries, frosted coffee
D: this is hard. I would probably say a chikfila salad, but i really want that lunchtime frosted coffee. Would settle for KFC or popeyes, some kind of fried chicken, with instant mashed potatoes and biscuit.
But i still really want a bubble tea.

Filet o fish and McDonald's fries.

That's really the only "fast food" (drive thru type place) that I ever get a craving for once in a while. And once in a brief while, it's damn good.

Forgot to add Popeye's spicy fries and a biscuit as another dinner option!!

Did McDonald’s stop selling their mango smoothie? My usual mcd’s meal is that with French fries but they didn’t have it at the last mcd’s I went to.

Does five guys or potbelly’s count? That would make it easy.

If not, I guess Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and avocado toast; Starbucks vanilla latte with skim milk and the cheese/fruit thing and a piece of fruit if they have it; Pizza Hut if that counts as fast food, or if not a chick fila milk shake with fruit bowl and waffle fries. Maybe mix it up with some oatmeal from Starbucks.

B: Starbucks iced americano, possibly an egg McMuffin

L: Chik-Fil-A sandwich, fries, sweet tea
Or their Southwest salad, or Mac N Cheese and kale salad

D: Arby’s Italian sandwich, apple turnover

Shawarma & falafel sandwiches.

Breakfast: Starbucks turkey bacon sandwich + nonfat latte or McDs egg McMuffin

Probably skip lunch or Wendy’s Chili or yogurt + veggies and dip from Starbucks again

Dinner: Rotation of Chicken fil a spicy chicken sandwich or nuggets and fries, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Taco Bell crunchy beef tacos, Popeyes mashed potatoes and chicken, maybe an Arbys roast beef and curly fries. I’d likely need to get a salad for a few dinners if I kept this up for more than a few days but yum!
