Does a small envelope mean a rejection?

That’s very unkind and unnecessary of that school. Maybe you dodged a bullet?

+1 You definitely are better off without that school. If someone shows you who they are, believe them.

Informed Delivery at USPS. You have to sign up for this service. It’s not perfect, but sometimes it’s helpful when you are looking for something in the mail.

None of the Big3 schools (or similar) send rejection letters.

Sidwell: no
GDS: no

If you are getting mail from them you're in (unless they've radically changed their policy).

Does Potomac send their letter/package via USPS, FedEx, or UPS?

It was sent by USPS last year to our address in DC. I know our postman very well and remember saying something to him about it last year when he dropped it off.
