Most are students. Ukraine is not tolerant towards illegal immigrants like EU countries. And the standard of living in the Ukraine is not that much better than their home countries. |
If you think it’s weird to see white countries invading white countries, you are a true idiot. I suggest you better acquaint yourself with the world. |

But, the sad irony is that I now spend a lot of time watching Ukraine videos, and the non-destroyed parts look like Belgium. The roads generally look better than ours. |
+1 The students have legitimate documents and should not have any problems with officials. It's the migrants who are having the issues. |
| War is ugly. |
Yep. People are also way less overweight and look less “weird”. More normal hair cuts and hair colors, less volume of tattoos (I know tats are big in Eastern Europe but it’s just gone overboard in the us) |

And, some of the photos being posted are years old. |
+1. Ukrainians can qualify for refugee status, and go through a different process. Anyone who is not Ukrainian does not qualify for refugee status because they have another country to which they legally can return (even if, from a practical standpoint, they cannot because they did not leave sooner). Those who do not qualify for refugee status have to go through a different process. |
