There's plenty of strong competition without colleges watches. Why would colleges be watching futsal anyway? Futsal is a technical game looking to improve outdoor field play. Competition is fun.

Can be prevented by having correct footwear. Also not playing every day will stop the overuse

My teen committed to Futsal year round. It’s more fun and a lot more fun to watch too. The kids have such a high level of ball

Kids without a very high level of ball skill tend to not like Futsal as they progress. You just can’t play at a certain level without impeccable touch and speed, not the crap outdoor travel clubs just throw together for a month or so of weekend games.

You don’t need an impeccable touch and speed to play at a high level on a full field?

LOL players trained by coaches who never played futsal. Teams train every week with small ball then go and hardly beat teams that do only tournaments. Not even those teams traveling abroad are doing well, there is no local coaching for futsal. Futsal is just for fun and winter practice but there is no real talent.

No update but BSC just sent an email out reminding on this tourney. Most u9-13 1st teams are going. The tourney website is earily absent of any details for something less than a week away. Barely even a website, more a landing page.

Still no schedule posted for this tournament.

Right now all we know is that the boys teams play on Saturday between 7am - 7pm, and the girls teams play on Sunday between 7am - 7pm.

I have high expectations for myself, practical expectations for others where multiple parties are trying to reschedule matches based on input from coaches and teams, and no expectations for nitwits like you. Yes. Hyperanal.

Sounds like it's going to be a bigger tournament than expected - at least for the "northern" one. They are now looking at adding space outside of the St. James facility and also playing some games on Thursday to accommodate more teams. I think the "southern" tournament may have been cancelled.
