Does anyone know anything about this tournament? I've seen some postings about it through VYSA on Facebook. I see that there's a North and a South but very little detail. When you go to register, there's no mention of a price? I haven't seen St James or VB Fustal promote it. It's a bit odd. I'd love to put a team in but not if it's not going to be competitive. Thanks

It’s really not anything. Not many clubs do it. It’s mostly about kids having fun. |
| Incorrect; will be ultra competitive, with top NOVA teams going as well as FutsalRVA. |
Are they going to the north or south one? |
North! |
South! |
| Our team has the St James tournament on our schedule, but we have heard no details thus far. |
| Why is there a north and south state cup? Shouldn't there be 1 state cup winner? Am I going crazy? Why not make it 3 state cup winners for the clubs from Charlottesville |
It’s 2 different organizations |
Oh yes! So competitive that colleges are watching. Futsal is one reason to why kids have knee and ankle problems. Colleges that were doing Futsal have stop. Hard surface training showed a rise in injuries. If you’re going to have your child in it, do it for fun. |
What about basketball? |
If you’re playing basketball and soccer during the same duration, yes. Thats why there is basketball season, soccer season and so on. I believe in having your kid play multiple sports! |
| Futsal is a different sport, like sand soccer...durpa durr |
There's plenty of strong competition without colleges watches. Why would colleges be watching futsal anyway? Futsal is a technical game looking to improve outdoor field play. Competition is fun. |
