Replying to your own thread?! We can tell because "exit oops" and "semi target" are part of the same pre-business lingo.

Emory makes the too 25 for best wall street placement seen here...

Definitely not the same person. But whatever makes you feel better.

The truth is that Emory simply is not that elite. It’s a good school but it tends to get way overhyped on here for some reason.

If Emory isn't elite then Vanderbilt, Cornell, Dartmouth, Georgetown, Carnegie Mellon and a host of other schools not ranked in the top 10 aren't either. Which is fine but just keeping you honest.

What? Cornell and Dartmouth are elite, no holds barred. But also, your point of comparisons don't even make sense. Emory isn't ranked above Vanderbilt, Cornell, or Dartmouth in any rankings.

there's no difference between schools ranked 11 to 25 or so. So if the school ranked 20 isn't elite then that must mean all of the schools in that group aren't.

What school did you go to?

You are delusional.

Literally everyone knows that Cornell and Dartmouth and even Georgetown and Vanderbilt are more prestigious schools than Emory.

Nobody cares about Emory……seriously. It’s like WashU. Is it a good school…..sure. Does it connote prestige on any level……no. It screams “I’m a grinder who works hard but didn’t get into my first choice.”

This is seriously obnoxious. Not everyone wants an Ivy as their first choice, or even a school in the northeast. I know very high stats kids that want to be in warm weather cities and Emory fits the bill. They still do great in life because they are "that kind if kid" and will do great at Emory and beyond.

If this makes you feel better. Makes sure you tell USnews and WSJ about your opinion before next ranking season.

Most students applyed ED. And you still haven't told us where you went to school?

+1. But I'd sub in "didn’t get into my first 25 choices."

Nobody gives a damn about this school.

Don't know which everyone you're speaking off PP, but there's several Emory rejects at Georgetown,Vandy, and even Cornell. A search of tictok or YouTube should suffice as evidence.

I don't know how to break this to you, but Cornell, Dartmouth and Vanderbilt are all ranked above Emory.

Emory is more a peer of schools like Tufts and NYU.
