That already exists…it’s called the GOP.

I'm a Democrat, but these people are raising real issues. Just because they have an R next to their name doesn't mean they're automatically wrong. And I don't see the state Democratic party or Loudoun Democratic party doing much to fix these issues (their sole focus seems to be protecting their own political party, not making government run better).

Outside groups that come in like this don’t do it out of concern for local kids or even kids in general. Why would they spend resources on one school district like this? They do it because they see an opportunity to stoke division and energize their party’s base, and ultimately get their people elected. They don’t care about solving problems because then people would be less angry, and their anger is what drives the turnout they want.

This, exactly. The GOP isn't looking for solutions. They are magnifying "issues" to stoke fears.

Sorry, any caveats regarding the revealed wisdom of the last five minutes marks you as an irredeemable istophobe.

This is even more true of the Fairfax Democrats - they are all about the game and not at all about the substance. They would defend any incumbent, no matter how awful, as long as the incumbent was Democratic and had a reasonable chance at re-election.

That’s rich. The GOP DGAF about victims. It won’t hesitate to exploit victims, but that’s not a solution.

Right or wrong, this school board has been the focus of a lot of attention.

Yes, with 95% of the loudest voices coming from GOP orgs.

Very glad there is a group fighting for safe schools.

It's unfortunate that the LWNJ priorities are boys using the girls' bathroom and giving the spots on girls sports teams.

It depends on who the victim is and if they support or are against the liberal elites agenda.

Insanity is doing the same thing, but expecting different results.

Same thing in FCPS. Beware.
