Link? Why would they sell that if they are still building more Hamlets/Travilahs?

Looks like a whole new set of models will be built for the next phase... strange..

They need to offload inventory as quickly as possible given rapidly changing market conditions.

The model isn’t for sale. It’s a quick build home that looks like the model priced at $1.69m

oh okay. I thought I saw the model home for sale.

Finish and fit quality was pretty poor on the model homes. Probably seems trivial to untrained eye but indicates corners were cut during construction. At these price points in North Potomac, I was surprised.

Googled Toll Brothers complaints and they were consistent with what I saw. Find a lot a build custom at this price level.

Oh boy, you're about to unleash the throngs of Toll Bros reps who monitor this board (or rather, the one rep who just posts over and over again)

Fairly sure 90% of the posts on here are from Toll Bros sale reps. I've never seen a community receive so much hype on here. I grew up down the street from the neighborhood. It's a nice area but not worth that price tag to have zero yard space in the suburbs.

As a new resident of Mt. Prospect, I can attest that the hype is well-deserved. Toll built us a beautiful home. We love it. It’s a wonderfully diverse and welcoming community.

Haha, well, that didn't take long to hear from the "new resident of Mt. Prospect"

Wow. Conspiracy theorist? Hate to disappoint, but I really did just move in. Do you honestly think a Toll Sales Agent is posting on this board on July 4th when they have the day off? I’m only on here to escape the moving boxes all over my house.
Anonymous
Why would Toll agents need to post on here when all the available lots are already sold and folks are quickly paying a premium when one becomes available? Also, all the agents have changed from when we first started the buying process…doubt any agent would post at odd hours like 5am to drum up business they certainly don’t need.

Beautiful community..however, Windmill collections have small bedrooms!
