um no, they have come out swinging tying Harris to Biden, especially regarding the border mess.

+2 Second to Biden, Harris is Trump’s dream candidate because she owns the border disaster. Funny you liberals can’t see that.

There is no border disaster outside of MAGA World who aren't voting for a Democrat anyway.

Ask middle America what they think about the border disaster.

Middle America hires these people to work in slaughter houses. So they are good with it.

Thank you!!!! I have been saying the same thing for a while now. Same goes for Hillary and Cassidy Hutchinson, who was always referred to as just Cassidy.

I’m not usually one to call out sexism but this seems pretty clear to me.

They do it to republican women too. Someone Sarah Huckabee-Sanders’ long ass name is always typed out and said out loud. Marjorie Taylor Green is known as Marj or Marjorie, never Taylor Green or Green. AOC will never be “Cortez” it’s a really small thing, but definitely a thing only done to women.

It’s not sexism. It’s whichever is the easier to say and most identifiable. That’s why we have Pete. Who wants to say Huckabee Sanders?

Harris is easy to say.

But less identifiable than Kamala.

Weird take.

I’m pumped because now Senator Manchin is going to jump into the race. He knows the DNC will be a coronation so he’ll jump in under the No Labels banner. He knows Kamala is just someone who Americans can’t imagine in the Presidency, so he will give the country another choice and let the chips fall where they may. The Clintons and Obamas and Pelosi and Maddows will spit fire over Senator Manchin’s decision because they can’t imagine what it means to be a statesman.

Only cuckoo people would side with Manchin.

This statement says so much about you.
DP

really? Have you seen how well 3rd parties do? You really think people will coalesce around Manchin?

In the wacky times we’re currently in? Yes, I do.

So silly, have you talked to Indians and other south Asians. Many did not support Harris in '20. Like other groups many in that group also are sexist.

Or you know, they don’t support her on the issues and it’s not sexism at all. Like Hilary, Kamala isn’t owed a vote for her sex. She has to earn it.

Traditionally, men were referred to by last name only while women, out of respect and to differentiate, were referred to as Ms. (or Mrs or Miss) Last name. Switching to last name only isn't great because it erases gender, so referring to important women by first name only is not disrespectful, it's just shorter than the older reference.

Why is it important to indicate gender? Women don't need to be differentiated. What a weird thing to think.

Because gender is important. To almost everyone, except for you.

For me, gender isn’t that important (and I’m a woman). But having a prosecutor in office rather than a felon is.

What’s the point of these comments. There were also black people who didn’t like Obama, who cares. Demographically votes are shifting pretty clearly- we don’t need to specify towards certain candidates like people are switching to the Republican Party solely for Harris

He has basically all but pulled out.

And his VP, JP Mandell, won't debate whoever the Dem is either. They know how badly they are exposed on the issues and the ties to billionaires and Project 2025.

The bigger issue is that they're racist. Indians are possibly the most anti-Black people on the planet.

If you don’t get that after the chaos of the pandemic, people are wary of an over reaching convenient, then you are the ones lost. It’s not just plastic straws. It’s mask mandates and gas stoves. All while the border is wide open, criminals don’t stay in jail, and wild spending leads to insane grocery bills. Focus on the things that matter, not micromanaging things like plastic straws.

In contrast to your guy who went on a soliloquy about…how he can’t flush a toilet. Yup really fixed on the things that matter….

Prosecutors understand that charges get convictions and even overturned.

Will she support Hunter’s pardon?

I mean, 4 years ago, people dinged Harris because she was too tough on crime as a prosecutor. So don't worry, she's not a softie. You're good.

Americans know who exactly who she was tough on - BLACK men. Threw them in lockup for small amounts of pot. She’ll never be forgiven for creating more fatherless black families than anyone else.

Try again. She created one of the first diversion programs for small drug-related crimes.

Wait I thought she was pro enforcement. No she is ok with drug crimes not seeing jail time?

Kamala laughed about smoking weed in college while recalling sending pot dealers and smokers to 10+ years in jail and making parents go to county jail or pay 2,000 dollars if their kid had a 10% truancy rate for the year . It caused lots of legal problems for poor parents or parents with sick kids who genuinely had to miss 10% of the year. Kamala had to apologize for her truancy idea that she thought was brilliant at the time.

She’s a horrible person with horrible instincts . Trump is no Angel but he hasn’t destroyed families lives like Kamala has .

The truancy idea was great, good for the children, for their families, and for the community. They should implement here in DC - but they won't. Too soft.

It wasn’t good at all. Let’s say a child has illness that requires missing school alot. How does charging the parent 2,000 dollars or threatening county jail help matters?

She said it would stop criminality but it makes more sense to actually target child criminals with harder punishment and parental fines instead of truant kids when 10% truancy can be for many reasons out of the parents control . Some kids are bullied and don’t want to go school and some kids are constantly sick for half the flu season

Missing school days makes it harder for kids to learn. When they cannot learn, they turn to alternatives - crime. Make education a priority.

DC won't. And we see the result.

You aren't given credit cards loaded with eleven thousand dollars, but these illegal aliens? Sure. YOU vets will remain homeless, but these illegal aliens will be given room and board at $300 a night hotels for months on end. The cities are going broke...but so what. Everything is wonderful as long as the "browning of America" continues. Just make sure they don't some to certain places like Martha's Vineyard or Denver or other liberal enclaves with gated communities.

The DNC

This is completely fair as long as we can fault a certain Texas Governor for throwing immigrants on a bus and plane rides to other states....

You realize you've created an agitative situation of pitting state against state, right. That seems to be what you leftists revel in.

dp.. are you f*n kidding me? Abbott sending those people to blue states is not pitting states against states?

+1
If anything, it got those blue state leaders to wake up and demand change from Biden.

It had nothing to do with what happened today. You racist immigrant haters are desperate to justify your nastiness.

What are you babbling about now? What does today have to do with the discussion, above?

When did Trump support toilet flushing laws?
