Fairfax County Double Murder

Anonymous
The preliminary hearing is at 2 so it should be well covered on the news. If anyone can make it, please report back.

Neither LE nor Commonwealth of VA has alleged any such thing.

Are there astroturfers trying to taint the local jury pool?

This is the first time I’ve seen this tone toward BB on this thread. Very interesting timing considering Juliana’s trial starts next week and he’s likely to be arrested soon.

This thread is overwhelmingly anti-BB with a lot of speculation against him. I understand that given the circumstances but if anyone can speculate why can't it go the other way?

It’s wild to me how biased some people here on this 100 page thread are.

Speculating that a guy who hasn’t been charged with a crime yet is innocent is “Jury Tainting”?

But somehow declaring his immediate guilt is totally fine?

Nancy Grace wants her job back.

I guess I’m “anti-BB” in that I think he had some part in this mess. I base my opinion on the evidence so far + the fact that most often, especially where there’s an affair partner, the husband is involved.

I don’t have some agenda against BB. I just hope justice is done for the victims. If people set forth a plausible sequence of events that doesn’t involve BB, I think posters will entertain it. But you can’t just make up facts (JR is a meanie face! He likes kink! He MUST’VE done it!) and expect people to take you seriously.

I don't think anyone is entertaining any theory that doesn't involve both JR and BB seeing as how they both ended up in the house that morning. The question is whether JR initiated the violence.

It is dangerous to decide that because crimes are usually committed by X type of person we can assume guilt.

I’m planning on going and watch the hearing. I’ll bring back news. Hopefully it won’t be full enough for them not to let me in.

By all accounts BB is intelligent and this has got to be the dumbest possible way to stage a murder. Like if you googled “how to get caught”. And it’s so public, murder is one of those crimes police will investigate endlessly. You might as well get naked and stand on the rooftop, because everything about your past is going to come out.

Why would anyone intelligent trust a Au Pair to assist with murder and hold it down against the US Justice System?

Why would anyone think a Double Murder is going to get quietly swept under the rug?

Who would want to live through the public scrutiny, the police scrutiny, the trauma, the stress, etc etc?

Only an idiot would think this was a better option. The truth is most likely they walked into a messy situation and there’s no plot, just people reacting.

It does make sense honestly. It’s classic husband murder. They thought they had it buttoned up. They obviously were smart enough about it that he hasn’t been charged, but there’s no way a guy who didn’t murder his wife in this situation stays in a relationship with the au pair.

But why? It sure looks like they had some sort of open marriage arrangement going on.

Would appreciate it. It’s unsettling to live in area and not have this resolved yet.

Praying for the little girl. Breaks so many hearts in our community for she is the true victim in all of this. Such a devastating situation. Praying the girl may see her grandparents if that has not occurred yet. They need each other.

There is no evidence that they had an open marriage.

BS

That’s exactly what BB was hoping it would look like.

The media is taking cues from LE and the Commonwealth of VA. They also reported on the interview of the AP's mother in Brazil.

No, there is not. But steps were taken to create that impression. By people who had nefarious motives. More to come out at her preliminary hearing and if/when BB is arrested.

I have to say that I think she is not going to flip. Many would, but she seems to be a special case. Reinforced by her love for that FOB song, Last of the Real Ones, "their" song.
