That I understand. Everybody wanting the West Springfield coach to be fired or the woodson Coach to be fired is total bullshit. as a former coach in the county there has to be other reasons why you would want somebody fired from a current position.

Does the coach treat players poorly?

Not providing quality coaching is treating the players poorly. Not knowing how to run a team is worthy of stepping down or being asked to step down. Not having quality practices… I could go on and on

Are you an LB parent? I am and have not heard anyone being frustrated. He cares about the girls and the team. It's high school lacrosse. It should be about having fun and being a team and growing as a player.

If she’s that good why would she commit to ASU? You would think she would use that lax talent to get into a much better school.

ASU will not be on any top recruits list, but they are a solid mid-tier D1 program that historically finishes between 40-80 in the rankings. They sit at 41 now. Good program, not great. Probably will not make the NCAA tourney any time soon. Academically they are ranked 121. The positive, you get to play in warm weather.

Is the YT soccer recruit playing lax this season? Haven’t been keeping track.

Incompetency can lead to getting girls hurt. If they are incompetent they should be fired. Grinding girls into the ground and not building up their confidence is more than enough reason to move on from a coach, especially if they are losing.

West Springfield and Woodson success has to do with their depth, not coaching…
