What out of state GJ is this referring to? Is there one in DC or NJ still working on the docs case?

The one that Smith convened in DC for the documents case in Florida.

Yeah Cannon seems unaware that a DC grand jury had been investigating the documents case which Smith then filed in SDFL to the surprise of many, because that’s where most of the alleged crimes had been occurring.

There was also a Florida grand jury.

So, you think you know more than the judge?
LOL. Evidently, she has seen evidence that he convened a GJ in DC for the charges he brought in FL.
He has some "splaining to do.

That’s not what she’s saying. She is saying the DC GJ is continuing to investigate after the SDFL GJ indicted. The charges she has didn’t come from the DC GJ.

Correct, plus she should have already known this.

How the eff did we get stuck with her?
Can't Smith get rid of her?
She's so biased. And she seems dumb.
Does she really think her BS will go by unnoticed.
She was trashed by the appeals court, mostly Trump appointees. She should be disbarred.

This has the feeling that she’s about to do something incredibly dumb. Again. In the long run it may be for the best. The only way she gets kicked off the case is if 11th circuit has to slap her down multiple times.

I guess you are unaware of Jack Smith's track record.
(Hint: It really isn't something to be proud of. He is the one that is dumb.)

He lost one case on appeal when SCOTUS completely changed existing law. The prosecution was well within precedent at the time he brought it. He’s not a SCOTUS mind reader. He has won dozens and dozens of convictions and over his career.

Cannon on the other hand forgot to swear in the jury at one of her only 4 criminal trials.
