My guess is a Pride dad who posted the Woodward/Bernstein like take on all the MD clubs.

Zero self awareness. Fits the profile.

No clue what you’re talking about. But keep shaming your players. Really makes you look good.

You think you have it figured out but you got it all wrong. Get back to doing what you do best - exposing out players for their inadequacies. Really suits you

Up until 1:35am I see … What’s it like to have nothing else in your life except these boards?

M&D got the attacker from Pride, a player from Coppermine that barely played, a player from MDU that barely played and from what I understand a player a two from Heros that were cut late and M&D was the team that agreed to take them after team was set even though they weren’t at tryouts

You have no clue. Focus on getting your own kid better before spouting off nonsense.

Coppermine got wind of MDU middie moving teams and grabbed her. Not sure M&D middie would have gone there is she knew this beforehand.

Shes not a free agent who they offered a bigger contract too. She could have gone to any club she wanted. Coppermine was a bit of a head scratcher to me being she now has to share the ball with now three other very good/top level players and that club does not have a solid history of recruiting, certainly not like M&D, Hero's or even MD United. Obviously Coppermine continues to grow with each grad year, but 2028s will be the first elite group of players if everyone stays.

How do you amass this kind of knowledge of girls lacrosse? Not knocking you, just wonder how one gathers all this info (I assume you are being truthful and not making stuff up).

Its not that hard if you talk to other parents, and I can tell you this person is accurate based on what I know.

That's because your both getting information from the same message boards. The truth is that M&D added one player from Hero's who tried out before Hero's tryouts even concluded so definitely not cut late. And players from Pride, BLC 27, Coppermine, & MDU. There's no need to gossip and debate what will be black and white once they publish rosters. Also seems pointless to debate what 13yos did or didn't do at their last club. At this age, they're all growing and changing and looking for the right fit.

Unfortunately the only elite team within 200 miles of DC is Coppermine. The rest are also-rans.

This is what I would say:

Coppermine - Super Elite
Hero's - Elite
Crush - Elite
M&D - Now same tier as Stars and Pride
MDU - Now same tier as Stars and Pride

Nope. There’s Coppermine and then there’s everybody else.

Coppermine, then Pride, then everyone else.

I laughed out loud at this. You must be trying to be funny. How do you put Pride above everyone else but Coppermine?

Wishful thinking. MDU will be fine despite losing a great player, they still have plenty of good players to step up and fill that void. And M&D did NOT lose any impact players, while adding a few with great potential. Neither are in any way the same as Stars.

The fact that anyone o the thread thinks stars or pride are in the same league as any top team in Baltimore is laughable. Pride lost a good amount of offense and didn't really pick up the same level and stars is stars. The Baltimore teams got better.

Question for the group. If you all think that mdu and m +d are at the same level as pride where does that out the great capital 28 blue team. Are they going to be as good as coppermine? Heros? My guess is that there will be more migration to charm city next year rather than stay here for capital.
