Right. I’m assuming that the reason they haven’t called the presidential race in GA and NC is the same reason these haven’t been called either. There is a possibility that GA might go to a runoff if the remaining votes are in and around Atlanta.

No chance. Ironically Trump + R Senate will probably lead to more stimulus than any other plausible result at this point.
