The communication as a whole for the club has been much better compared to what it was in years past but there's only so much you can do at a Club like Herndon where the TD and some coaches do what they want because they've done it for years without any concern. |

It's a secret until everyone signs up and pays, once everyone is locked in, they'll mix and match to make it easiest for the coaches. |

Yeah, was supposed to be announced internally, then posted publicly by Monday. But have not heard anything. Maybe “internally” means in the TD’s head. |
