Serious question from someone at a safe remove laughing their a$$ off at the GRFSC thread and this….

Is this even a real club we might see in the fall?

What do you mean by “real”?

I would guess they’ll field a couple teams by merging age groups, god knows where they’ll practice though.

Can someone help me out here? I’ve been hearing for weeks that the ED is no longer at this club. But the website still shows her as ED.

Is this just a false rumor? Or is the club trying to deceive people about who’s running the club?

It’s not that hard to update a website if true.

She was let go weeks ago, she's told many of us who know her personally or professionally. They just don't want to admit it because they're crumbling all around. The rumor that hasn't been confirmed is that the TD is also gone.

Is it fraudulent inducement if you get folks to sign on by misrepresenting whether the club has professional leadership? What happened to R.I.S.E.?

TD was participating in calls with parents as late as last week.

One of the coaches is in Fredericksburg and has a girls team that will be playing under the Riverbend banner next year. U16 maybe?

I'm more concerned about the deception of listing someone as ED on the website for weeks after she's no longer there, if the rumors of her departure are true, than who is ED in particular.
