Wouldn’t Guinness kavanaugh be more appropriate?

Justice Penis. That image of him waving his schlong in a woman’s face is what I will always think about when I see his photo

While she clearly was trying to look at the evidence and facts, she completely ignored the fact that Kavanaugh's own calendar shows the assault took place on 11 July. I just cannot see how it is that people say there is on evidence when there is that calendar.

The date everyone was throwing around was 1 July, and her attorneys said she would have said that wasn't a date to focus on. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/oct/4/christine-blasey-ford-lawyer-says-fbi-wrongly-focu/

I’m sure they’ll appreciate a country where a great woman took a brave stand for the presumption of innocence.

No sorry my daughters have been groped by drunken frat boys and do not appreciate a country that elevates such dickish men to the highest level of power.

You allow your daughters to go to drunken fraternity parties? Really?

DP. Wouldn't they be adults in college, PP? Why would their parents have to allow them to go to parties?

Brave woman? More like political pawn. What did McConnell say to her at lunch?

This “presumption of innocence” is so tired. This was not a trial. This was a job interview.

BK couldn’t get a job at Burger King after his performance last Thursday.

The presumption of innocence is not JUST for the courts. It is a principle on which our country was founded. It SHOULD permeate our society, but after this story, that is in doubt. Presumption of innocence should be applied in the work place, in journalism, and in life in general.
If you are not presuming innocence, you are presuming guilt. Based on no evidence.

In fact, the evidence that was presented actually exonerated him.

The one thing this vote shows is that there are still people in this country who believe that in order to “convict” a person of a crime, there needs to be evidence of that crime. There was none.

I guess people were so determined to derail this nominee that they would believe anything.

Which evidence was that?

DP. That not one of the people she named could confirm anything about what she said. Not from that she was assaulted, to the barest that not one of them had a recollection of a gathering similar to what she described. And one of these witnesses was her closest friend, so there's not even the possibility of arguing they were people she didn't know, or people who were more devoted to Kavanaugh and thus possibly willing to lie for him.

Too funny. You act like Brett Kavanaugh got the same treatment as Trayvon Martin or Laquan McDonald.

That’s insane. Why give a lifetime appointment to the SC when there’s so much doubt, and not just with regard to the sexual allegations which were hardly explored.

There are other judges.

Baseless comparison.

And there was plenty of potential corroboration. The FBI wasn’t allowed to talk to dozens of people.

If they existed, they had every right to give statements to the committee.

There isn’t “so much doubt,” except in the minds of those who desperately wanted SOMETHING to derail this nominee.
Allegations do not equal doubt or guilt. The evidence presented exonerated him. I’m good with this nominee.
