And there it is. Destroying evidence after getting a subpoena fir that evidence. No wiggling out of that one. |
Sounds like OBSTRUCTION, baby! |
Yup. |
Have you ever heard of Donald Trump? A man who lies about everything small and large for his whole life and has faced zero consequences ever? |
Are you saying he tried to…aCiD wAsH tHe SeRvErs? Kind of like what he’s been accusing Hillary of? |
I just hope Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira know President Trump will stand by them through thick and thin.
As everyone knows, Trump is a man of his word and an all-around stand-up guy. His word is his bond! He will not completely f*ck them over in a heartbeat! MAGA! |
Given that Fulton County is also about the indict him, do you imagine that they have to coordinate with the various judges when he will be available to be in person for court?
https://www.thedailybeast.com/barricades-go-up-around-fulton-county-courthouse-as-trump-indictment-looms I mean, what if two different jurisdictions are planning to arraign him on the same for different crimes? Only the best! MAGA! |
The point is to check and see how much of the right wing is willing to abandon their delusional, denialist insanity and rejoin the rest of us in the real world. I guess we are at least making some small, slow progress, which is better than nothing. But sheesh, enough already. Snap out of it, Trumpsters! |
Attempting to destroy evidence that's been subpoenaed -- that seems particularly serious.
The DOJ has a witness who can testify that "the boss" wanted the subpoenaed surveillance tapes destroyed. How on earth can TFG wriggle out of this one? |
The witness is just a covfefe boy. Trump didn't know him. |
Carlos De Oliveira transmitted the message from Trump to the employee who was asked to delete the tapes. If he does not flip and testify, he could go to jail and Trump would be safe because what the employee heard regarding Trump's wishes is hearsay. |
He doesn't actually have to be in court except if he chooses to testify. |
