But when do they tell them they are getting moved up or down? Surely they aren't swapping kids all over the place all year?

They haven’t said anything yet and meanwhile other clubs have already had ID sessions and given offers that have to be accepted or rejected in a matter of days.

They claim this now but was never the case before. Kids who had been with the club for years got cut last spring.

They def don’t cut anyone. Maybe move the player down and they leave but never cut.

Continuous evaluation...if you believe their spiel of having all the kids tracked on a spreadsheet and ranked nonsense. The TD who coaches a couple age groups barely knew who were the better players on the second teams. God knows if he has any awareness of development beyond top teams.

Bold of you to assume anyone but top team players matter to him. He does not care and has made that very clear all year to both coaches, players, and parents.

Completely cut or just moved down a level to another team, then they left?

Moved down, nobody gets kicked for their soccer ability.

I can assure you a revolution doesn’t have the talent pull to cut anyone.

Jose is leaving too. Another one out.

Jose visa is expiring this summer.

That is a loss, he is a good coach.

While both statements are true, it wouldn’t have mattered. Upper echelon can’t be outshined so he would’ve been removed sooner than later. The two main directors at revolution are worthless.

current coach for girls 2016 Gold and 2009 GA2 revolution teams is on GFR 2026 coaching slate for 2nd teams for U10, 11, 16 girls. Does this move surprise anyone? Anyone willing to share his coaching style with little and older? Thx

It doesn’t surprise anyone because he got fired from VRSC. He’s a good coach, been doing it a long time! I can’t speak to his style but he did a great job with the 09’s at VRSC.

He might be a good coach for some but he got moved around mid season due to multiple complaints by parents.

Practices were spent scrimmaging so he didn’t coach. You would hear him yelling at the team after games.
