They only ended up in Poland because they were chased out of every other land. Hate to break it to you but the Jewish diaspora really was a thing. Well documented in history. Historically, Israel and Gaza were known as JUDEA, land of the Jews. Read some damn history, will ya? |

Why didn’t they chase the ones who chased them out? They upgraded from prey to predator. That’s a nice change in 80 years but also Palestinians have also changed from Prey to predator. Israel’s thinking that Palestinians will go back to being armyless and defenseless with kids throwing rocks at the military. Those days are clearly over. They got their weight up Now what is Israel going to do about the tunnels in the shitbox in the desert that can’t be exploded with 100,000 pound bombs and six months of the fanciest American bombs and technology? Does Israel have a ground game or military backup plan for tunnel warfare without being bottlefed and burped from the American warchest/ bosom? |

Hamas stole the tunnel idea from the Vietcong. Trenches and tunnel warfare are a way to force a higher tech army to their turf with low visibility and traps.
Israel knows all of this, but has decided to divert focus to another country miles away from the tunnels, Hamas, or Gaza. They don’t want to admit they failed in Gaza so they have decided diversion is best. How many Israelis are actually happy about what’s going on? All of Haifa has to get rerouted to live elsewhere. This is all very expensive and destabilizing. I am sure Israel’s population is gaining a net decline which makes even the breeder settler colonies pointless. The Gazans can’t move or flee which also means they stay on the land. If Israelis continue diverting to Lebanon and ignoring Hamas, they are helping the Palestinians move in closer and closer to Israel and this time the new Hamas recruits are even Angrier about losing their families than they were before 10/7. Israel needs to listen to former PM Ehud Barak and their own Mossad chief. Netanyahu needs to go if there’s going to be any stability or security for Israel at all. He is not serious about defeating Hamas which is the first existential threat to Israel. Not Hezbollah, not Iran, not Yemen |

Painting them as the biggest existential threat to Israel is hogwash. They didn’t commit 10/7. They didn’t kill any Israeli. Hamas killed 1,000+ Israelis in a day and almost overtook the first world country with motorbikes and parachutes. As Israel diverts to Lebanon, Hamas will only grow stronger in Gaza and even worse in the West Bank. I can’t believe after 10/7, Israel is still cocky enough to think Hamas is controlled opposition and in their back pocket. The only way Netanyahu is so zen about Hamas is if he knew 10/7 was going to happen and let it happen for political reasons to avoid corruption charges/ jail. |

Yeah. The college kids are surely losing sleep over campus favorite Hassan Nasrallah I’m sure. *eye roll* You ignore the obvious innocent lives lost in these “targeted” strikes Israel conducts. If Israel can strike so surgically to hit a beeper,they could’ve spared innocent lives like they did with the Haniyeh strike in Iran. They struck him in his bedroom. They chose not to so in Lebanon looking intentionally for innocent civilian “collateral damage”. I’m sure it was just target practice till they can hit phones and kill anyone talking against them. You guys are worse than the Taliban in Afghanistan. You want no free speech just your own opinions as law. Admit it |

probably- maybe this is a new experoence for you but pretty much ALL immigrants of color who have ever immigrated here and non Christian immigrants be they Jain or Muslim or Druze experoence this othering. Hello- haiti has always been pushed to fail even centroes after the end of slavery b/c it stood up to white supramacy at its founding. 10/7 is like 9/11 b/c in the same way that arab americans became non-white after 9/11 (see Julian Wilcox) now american jews are undergoing the same process. and in a race based society thats a painful process. |

i HATE this but its true. can you honestly tell me afghani women wouldnt have been better off under the USSR than the US funded and created Taliban. the USA has ALWAYS given money and arms to Islamist extremist warlords b/.c they are the alternative to USSR/Russia backed socialist parties. and now we have the present situation as a result. when choosing between the communists and Muslim Nazis, we chose muslim Nazis! just b/c yor old born before 1980 wrinkly a$$ hates Russia doesnt make that untrue or not a disaster for asia and africa and now the EU b/c people want to live in liberal democracies and the USA hated that for them. |
