Many people care about the report. His bad behavior was reported for years with MCPS staff covering it up. There needs to be accountability.

“Don't try to get revenge for yourselves, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath. It is written, Revenge belongs to me; I will pay it back, says the Lord.” The Good News: What goes around comes around, but it's up to the Lord, not to you, to make sure there's justice.

How exactly was it covered up? Just because their response isn't public doesn't mean there wasn't one.

MCPS did nothing to deter behavior. He was able to continue to harass and bully his employees at 3 different schools for 12 years. Not only that, MCPS treated him like the golden child. Used him for that COVID video, let him host the MS principal breakfast I don’t know how many times, gave him an intern to “mentor”, and then promoted him!

Exactly! MCPS can’t be that ill equipped to let someone that horrible do all the things you just listed. I mean come on! MCPS is one of the largest most reputable school systems in the country. He is one of hundreds of principals and you think they would just let all these horrible complaints slide for years? Makes no sense. This principal was no more special than any other principal in MCPS.

Most reputable? LOL
Then why are so many former employees in prison?

Again that's just your assumption. Because they can't make personnel disciplinary matters public, doesn't mean that doesn't happen.

Very few are at least when compared to any Republican Presidential administration.

Very few? You think the number of staff arrested for felonies is acceptable?

Then there’s civil rights violations. Are those acceptable as well?

MCPS is an embarrassment of an institution.

So, MCPS moves bad admin to HR where they are then responsible for investigating and policing other bad admin? Yeah, that’s terrible. No wonder MCPS got themselves into this.

MCPS moves bad administrators all over the place. The Chief Financial Officer for MCPS was moved to OSSI to be Director of Farquhar Middle School after two administrators in the Transportation Department were arrested for embezzlement.

We have all these bullies and thieves and they fire good teachers because they struggle to keep up with the mountain of paper work and duties put upon their shoulders. Now I know that pushing teachers for more more more was probably just bullying and blaming. It's a horrible culture.

I don’t understand teachers that complain so much. If it’s that bad leave…
