Where did you read that?

The PP is lying. That wasn’t one of his symptoms at all.

In his video, trump looks pale and his voice sounds winded and weak.

Serious question here - ignoring his drafting dodging for the moment - you didn’t have a clue when he was hiding in a basement during the protests outside of the White House?

Yes. At least delayed for at least 10 days. Possibly forever.

Judiciary Committee has 12 GOP and 10 Dems.

It’s now tied 10-10 with two Senators out for multiple weeks. It’s unclear to me if new Senators can be assigned with a resignation/death of an existing Senator.

All depends on the Senate rules.

I can't imagine he'll die. He's getting the absolute best care.

Yes, even if he is in fact seriously ill, he's odds of survival are at least 90 percent. But he is also likely to be too sick to work for weeks or even months

Oh BS. That’s some wishful thinking there. If he’s like most people with COVID, he will be absolutely fine.

Most seniors with coronavirus, though?

Based on the chart above, in Trump’s age group over 90% will survive.

Of course it is. 80/20 the nomination does NOT go through.

Her nomination may be blocked by the Herd Mentality of Senate Republicans putting too many of them in quarantine.

They can vote in quarantine

He is in the hospital. Most people are not hospitalized.

How many times must it be repeated: he is the POTUS. They always take an abundance of caution when it comes to the president. This is completely expected.

He doesn't do much work anyway--can continue to watch Fox News, send hate tweets, and sign whatever papers are put in front of him from bed.

Jesus. The amount of hate and schadenfreude on this thread is sad and unfortunately not surprising given the tone of people recently on this site. I feel sorry for you all. Must be a terrible way to live. I don’t like him but love our country and for that reason I hope he is ok and recovers.

Completely agree. These ghouls are circling like the vultures they are. How disappointed they’ll be when he finishes his quarantine without incident.

He’s not a victim. He did this to himself and to many others. Let’s hear him apologize and admit responsibility for putting so many people at risk instead of blaming the military and law enforcement for giving it to them by supposedly hugging and kissing Hope Hicks all the time. That was his explanation yesterday. Christ, what an asshole!

Survival and “absolutely fine” are not equivalent.

The bigger issue is that, as far as an overall vote is concerned, they’re down to only 49 votes. Tillis and Lee are sick and Collins and Murkowski said they wouldn’t vote for a nominee right now.

That isn’t the problem. The Senate Judiciary holds weeks of public hearings for every nominee. The GOP Senators are falling like flies and they’re not going to do it over Zoom.

Doesn’t matter what happens with the committee. They do not have the votes right now and they cannot vote remotely, per Senate rules.
