The 2006s last year had a bad season and parents fled the team, which left them short handed. They had to combine the better 2007s they had with the 2006s to keep numbers up. The 2008 was there last year and is very good. If they had the numbers in 2006 interest, then I’m pretty confident they would have been almost all 2006s, except perhaps the 2008, but some parents were scared to join because of the uncertainly that Larry Best and the Washington Spirit created. Well done Christian and Larry. |
More excuses and smoking mirrors for metro United. Feel bad for the people paying thousands in that age group. |
I don't know. Did they lack players for that age group? They definitely took the beating a roster like that gives you. |
Yeah that is just too much playing time for those kids. Better off riding the bench and winning the game at your club. |
I was thinking better off playing your own age group or least somewhere close. I have to assume the club lacked enough players for an 06 team without them. It's the only thing that makes sense. |
| Good opportunity for good 2006s looking to play DA soccer. |
Yeah, they only have 10 2006s. It's a great opportunity! |
You think 0-4 is a bad beating for a team that has several of underaged and undersized players? You must know very little about soccer at this level. |
Hahahahahahah! Ok, sure, hahaha! Sure thing! It did wonders for last year's 06's to have their asses handed to them week in and week out. That's why they all came back this year to do it again. |
What a jerk |
These kids could have it worse. They could have had you for a parent. That’s the DD we should all feel sorry for. |
|
Oh please! I'm not laughing at those poor kids with ignorant parents putting them in that situation. I'm laughing at you idiots extolling this as development and a good experience. |
#BetterThanYesterday right? Except when it’s not your team. Clown. |
Name calling too, huh? I like how you keep it classy |
