Chicago police release entire Smollett case file online, prompting possible moot court order barring further disclosures.

The Chicago Police Department released pages of redacted investigative reports in the Jussie Smollett case, one day after charges against the "Empire" star were dramatically dropped -- but the move may have prompted a moot court order.

About an hour after the department released the files, the Chicago Police reportedly became subject of a court order that barred them from releasing further files even though they were widely available online.

The cops are PISSED!

They should be out looking for his attackers.

His "attackers" are known. They were the Osundairo brothers. They have admitted it. Police have evidence of it. And, Smollett hired them to do it. There is nobody else to find.

The check memo field indicated the money was for personal training. If the police have evidence of these men attacking Smollett, they should be charged.

The evidence indicates that one brother testified that he charges no more than $50/hour for training. And, often as little as $20.
If we assume that he charged the max, that would mean 70 hours of training for Jussie.

Not at all.
Who knew that Jussie Smollett could unite America? I don't know anyone who is not pissed about this.

You haven't been watching enough MSNBC then. Skip to the 3:45 second point or so.

Leave it to MSNBC to deny reality.

Can anyone explain to me why MSNBC is out on a limb on this?

Because it is who they are. Since he is both black and gay, he is an oppressed individual. Or, at least he is in MSNBC's opinion.

Can anyone explain to me why anybody watches MSNBC?

Why does he need mental help? He was attacked. The court systems agree he was attacked. How are you going to get him to go get mental health treatment? You certainly aren't going to get the legal system involved since he is innocent of any wrong doing.

I never said I was going to get him mental health care. That's his business and his family's business. I was under the impression the charges were dropped: no one, including a grand jury, said he was innocent.

I watch because I want to understand why they hate us.

If you ever figure out the answer, report back. I cannot bear to listen to and watch the hosts.

He was attacked? Even the prosecutors who dropped the charges admit that they think he was guilty and stand by the work of the CPD. Watch the first 30 seconds of this video if you don't believe that. You're on an island with a couple other loons if you don't think this was staged.

Investigators: the report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, but it also does not exonerate him.

MAGA: Total vindication!

What? The Muller report says that there was no evidence of collusion. CPD apparently has evidence that Jussie stages his supposed atrack but the charges were mysteriously dropped. Not the same.

You are an idiot. Really.
The prosecutor who dropped the charges against Smollett said he thinks Smollett was guilty of what he was charged with doing and stands behind the work of the CPD. When asked if he considers him innocent, his response: "No."

From NPR:

>Nevertheless, Smollett and his attorneys celebrate the surprise reversal as an indication that the actor was an innocent victim of "an inappropriate rush to judgment."

There is a documented belief he is totally innocent and a victim of the CPD. I am waiting for the lawsuit against the city.

Keep waiting and you know it too. Julie will never sue because then the facts will come out for the world to see his guilt. Why do you think the case was "sealed"? Jusse is a sociopath. He is disgusting. Tried to incite a race war to boost his tanking career. This gave him a level of fame he never had before and now that he thinks he is off the hook, he is loving it. Total corruption and failure of the justice system.

And, his statement of innocence--that he "wouldn't be his mother's son if he had done these things" or something like that.

Bizzaro world.

Fox News obtained this internal e-mail from Kim Foxx’s office asking workers for any example to bolster stance that Jussie Smollett's dropped charges aren’t as uncommon & shocking as they appear.
