Judgment is not final until you have been sentenced. |
Mike Flynn, General Mike Flynn.
What they did to him was an absolute disgrace. It was a complete and total political hit job, and a dishonest one at that. Not good, not good at all. But let's see. Let's see what happens. |
An innocent man's forced guilty plea and conviction can be expunged, like it never happened in the first place. Happens all the time. What can't be erased is all the nasty treatment the left foisted onto this honorable man. |
Hahaha, innocent man! Yes, you are responsible for destroying our country! |
Yes, that happens when there's proof of another man's guilt or of prosecutorial misconduct. Here, Flynn just changed his mind. That's not going to get his guilty plea withdrawn. |
Terrific guy, Mike Flynn.
One of the best. A very fine general. They say he pleaded guilty. But that depends on who you talk to. So we're taking a look, They're taking a look at next steps. |
Interesting article about innocent people who plead guilty. Even more interesting...the article cites a paper regarding guilty pleas, written by...former Judge John Gleeson.

A piece by Eli Lake. This is not a "right wing" journalist.
This is very informative and an easy read. Long, but easy. And, provides the timeline, dates, names, and other details to show how he has been railroaded. https://www.commentarymagazine.com/articles/eli-lake/michael-flynn-gets-railroaded-by-the-fbi/

He left out the Rafiekian trial. Put that timeline in there too.
Or does he not know about it? |
No he didn't. Section V in the piece by Eli Lake:

👀 Judge Sullivan hires high powered attorney - the one who represented Kavanaugh in his confirmation battle - to argue his case for not immediately tossing Flynn guilty plea.

Yep. One would think he could justify his actions on his own. He is a judge, after all. Curious. |
Can't he explain it himself? Will the appeals court allow this? |
Sure he could. Should he go for the unripe angle, or separation of powers issue, or the integrity of his courtroom, etc , or all of the issues? A good lawyer will help to decide which is the best way to respond, which issues to include or leave out, etc. |
Crooked judge, a crooked judge.
What he did to General Flynn was a disgrace. Just because he tried to sell out his country and then lied about it. Who's to say he didn't have a perfectly legitimate reason? So it's disgusting and very unfair. That I can tell you. |
