There was no "jumping in front of the car".

The ICE agents were preparing to arrest the decedent. The ICE officer shooter had walked in front of the car, which was going in reverse, preparing to arrest her. The victim suddenly placed the car in drive, hit the accelerator in a reckless fashion, then hit the ICE agent with her vehicle (Honda Pilot).

One point of view is that the reckless driver attempting to escape law enforcement officers presented a danger to the community especially so after hitting an ICE agent with her SUV.

Unfortunately, people will interpret the video as they wish to support their political leanings.

Lawyers - do ICE agents have jurisdiction to arrest a someone for blocking a street lane? I am asking out of genuine curiousity.

Yes. Obstruction of justice; obstruction of a law enforcement officer in the performance of his/her duties.

ICE isn’t law enforcement.

Other cars went around her without problem. Why did this one stop and shoot her? What "justice" was being conducted by the officer that shot her at that time?

They know this guy is guilty. They wouldn't be hiding evidence otherwise.

Why is she using her car to block and decide who gets by? is she in charge of traffic?

Say that again for the idiots who can't remember this fact.

I'm sure you're still working yourself up to making a point. Go on.

Great point.

Do not antagonize law enforcement officers beyond peaceful protests that do not interfere with officers in the performance of their duties.

THEY ARE NOT POLICE OFFICERS OR LAW ENFORCEMENT.

NOTE - law enforcement can not kill you for not following orders.

She's not, but neither is ICE. And those who are in charge of traffic are not so quick to use their guns.

No they do not. That would be a local or state police.

The above is absolutely incorrect. Interfering with a federal officers is obstruction.

If an ICE officer is grocery shopping and you step in front of them in the check out line, can they shoot you for obstructing their shopping activity?

What duties? They were going from lunch back to HQ.

Of course not. Because I have ZERO confidence in ICE agents. Is that what you want??? For people to have zero faith in federal agents??

I am a middle-aged white female American citizen and I would be MUCH more frightened in an encounter with ICE agent than with any immigrant.

The ICE officer made a split second decision after being hit by the deceased moving vehicle.

1. Not hit.

2. Before the alleged hit.

The videos show otherwise.

NP. The video footage I saw showed that this woman's car didn't hit the officer, and she wasn't using her car as a weapon like the Trump administration has claimed. The car was also arcing and driving in a direction that was away from the officer when he shot and murdered her. If you have other video footage, please share here so we can see it and know what you're talking about.

Yes ICE is now killing whoever they want with impunity. No one's safe from them.
