Does this issue actually do anything other than help Dems win NY by even more? Does this make TX competitive? OH, MI, PA? NC, GA?

Even if we all agree that a fetus isn't a baby and a human person, there is no legal authority on the books anywhere to force any other human being to either sacrifice their life or to keep another person alive using their own body. That law does not exist anywhere. You are never forced to give blood or organs or to do anything with your own body to keep another human being alive outside of the womb. So why should a woman lose all bodily autonomy and before us to do something that we don't ask any other American citizen or human being to do?

My friend has had four miscarriages and two of them almost resulted in her death. They couldn't imagine her having to prove that they weren't abortions

People realize certain things that Republicans consider abortions are actually medical care to help individuals who are miscaring. Miscaring is not always just something like a. It is often painful and if it doesn't correctly detach from your body, medical intervention or drugs maybe needed..

Regardless of what side you're on, that's the beauty of america. If you don't like the laws/taxes/refs your state passes, you can vote new reps in to change them or you can move. You don't want to live in a republican state that bans abortion, move or vote to change the law. No one is forcing you to live in a state with values/laws/tax structures you don't agree with.

Can someone show me in the Constitution or where it's in? Our deeply rooted history that men have a right to not have a vasectomy imposed upon them. I'd like to force a lady take my husband to get one later this week so it'd be great if some states can get those on the law books

Are you being purposely obtuse? Because if the Republicans take the presidency and Senate, they can force a federal law which would impact every single citizen in every single state. No matter who the local representation is, you get that right?
