Moving on....

Watched last night’s airing of Black Panther and T’Challa’s final words at the UN resonated even more than ever for me.

"We will work to be an example of how we as brothers and sisters on this earth should treat each other. Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis, the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe."

Oh I cried during the whole tribute. I’m so glad he was Black Panther but I wonder if he would have had more time on earth if he hadn’t pushed his body so much. But I can also see trying to make the most of your time and leaving a legacy. So incredibly sad.

It’s crazy to me that no one knew. How did he train for those movies while getting chemo and surgery? I don’t know how he did it. Amazing.

The artist is well known on social media for his incredible art. He uses a lot of non traditional items as his “brushes” and often paints with the image upside down, inverted, or mirrored before flipping around for the reveal. His spatial awareness and manipulative mastery is amazing. One of my favorite videos is his painting of Dwayne Johnson (The Rock).

Ok now I'm in waterworks! I almost made it through the entire thread. Thanks for sharing this.

If you're having symptoms your insurance should cover it. I had my first colonoscopy at 35 because of symptoms.

There's a good recent thread on this in the Health forum.
