Returned to the District after two years. First impression: Smells like marijuana

How do? It stinks. As bad as cigarettes. Thats a fact. I’m not opposed to legalization but don’t pretend it’s still not as nasty smelling habit. People who get high everyday lack basic ability to function everyday. The same people who can’t get through the day without drinking to take the edge off.

How do we repeal? I cant BELIEVE the Mayor is prioritizing pushing the envelope with Congress on marijuana in DC without first ensuring current pot laws are enforced. Ugh! This city!
