They never speak German at home so much my brother in law knows no German. Both my parents are born in Ireland and I don't speak Gaelic.

Yet I work with third generation Jains, Hindus etc who still speak with an accent and eat Indian food every day.

And they only marry each other and act like they are still in India. One staff told me does not do thanksgiving as that is for Americans. He is born in Queens NY and his Das is Born in New Jersey.

It is also funny I was only white Person at his wedding.

Almost 500 people and he and Dad born here I am like in 75 years in America I must be first white person they met

Really? I have never met a single person with South Asian ancestry who was born in the US and did this. Not one. Not one single one. Where do you live and work? US-born children of Indian-immigrant parents learn and speak American English, just like US-born children of Spanish-speaking immigrant parents, just like US-born children of Yiddish-speaking immigrant parents, just like US-born children of Italian-speaking immigrant parents, just like...

Obviously you do not work in the Montgomery County public schools. I do.

PP you're responding to. That's correct. I went to school and college with Indian-American kids (not in Montgomery County), I live in Montgomery County, my kids go to MCPS schools with Indian-American kids, I have Indian-American co-workers, and I have Indian-American friends, but I do not work in Montgomery County public schools.

Ahh don't feed the anti Indian American troll. Every once in a while a racist and ignorant person will make some fantastic comment like this and end up sounding racist and ignorant.
