Don’t think they’ll get asking on this house. However, this house just listed at $925 a few blocks south on 14th, and I think they’ll get it. https://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/7409-14th-St-NW-20012/home/10022560?utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_campaign=copy_link&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link |
Definitely. It's huge, well updated, seemingly well laid out, great yard, quiet block. |

i imagine this will be competitive as well... |
That will go for over 900 if there's any potential for a 4th bedroom (hard to tell from photos). Nice corner lot, doesn't need immediate upgrades. .7 mile walk to metro. |
| Def over 900, gorgeous street! |
| Anyone see these today??? |
| nice house and nice street. |
Driveways are really rare in the neighborhood (and DC in general). Nice plus. |
Street parking is plentiful in like 95% of Shepherd Park (exceptions being 16th St., Georgia, Eastern). However, agree it's a nice thing to have, especially for visitors, etc. |
Great house. I looked at the house in 2002. It was on the market for $450K and sold for $475K. |
|
Property history shows that it was only listed for one day, on 7/12/18? Weird. That said, nice location in the neighborhood, good bones. The backyard needs some work. I think it'll go for $830-850K (maybe on the low end since it's summer?). |
m Very dated. No AC... I’m guessing basement is not finished. Kitchen is super old. I think 795 or a little over is about right |
| What you call "dated" I would pay a premium for. Original layouts and bathrooms are valuable. That house looks great. |
Do you know the neighborhood? Most homes are not very updated, and some still go for a good amount above list. |
