Property history shows that it was only listed for one day, on 7/12/18? Weird.

That said, nice location in the neighborhood, good bones. The backyard needs some work. I think it'll go for $830-850K (maybe on the low end since it's summer?).

Very dated. No AC... I’m guessing basement is not finished. Kitchen is super old. I think 795 or a little over is about right

I really don’t see the point in trying to predict prices..... The good news is there is more inventory. There is also one in CV for 790k.

I would have agreed with you last year. But cat is out of the bag for Shepherd Park being zoned for Deal/Wilson and very close to the new Walter Reed development. It seems like every house going on the market in the neighborhood sells for over list.

There is also a 3 bd 2bth condo at Shepherd park condos for under 600k....

It was too tiny for us but may be worth checking out if you have no or only 1 kiddo

I remember checking out that house a few years ago (why are the owners moving so soon?) but we purchased another home in the neighborhood. From what I recall about the house I think 750 sounds about right.
