I would have agreed with you last year. But cat is out of the bag for Shepherd Park being zoned for Deal/Wilson and very close to the new Walter Reed development. It seems like every house going on the market in the neighborhood sells for over list. |

It was too tiny for us but may be worth checking out if you have no or only 1 kiddo |

Very cute starter house on floral listed for $750k. Think it’s prices right considering it needs updated and basement is unfinished good opportunity to fix up a little at a time and build equity. House across street just sold for $985k.
