I guess yellow paint in your living room makes it Tuscan?

“Tuscan retreat” is pending in less than a week.

800K for a livable colonial on a cute little cul de sac in the neighborhood. I still don't understand how an agent who's going to make a boatload of money on a sale doesn't spring the few hundred bucks for professional photos. It's so dumb.

It's not so much that the photos are unprofessional here, it's that there are so few of them beyond the (1970s-era) kitchen. Huge red flag.

DP, but good point. I'm assuming it's priced for a developer to purchase and flip it.

The photographer's 2002 memory card only held nine 1-megapixel photos.

I saw that this one was just listed--looks like a better bet, and list price only 700K.

Interesting that they posted the last sold price--$45K in 1972.

It is being sold as-is, and probably had an elderly owner. who may or may not have had the means to maintain. Still, gorgeous bones! GREAT price for the neighborhood. I predict a biding war.

This one looks like a better deal at 700K. Kitchen is modern enough to need no immediate changes. Central AC is the main desired renovation.

I guess someone agreed this was a good deal—pending after two days on the market

OSTT is attracting a lot of families moving from New York/New Jersey where $700 feels like chump change.

+100, as a resident I noticed that most of the new houses have been bought by OSTT families!

This one surprised me. I had seen the coming soon sign for a week or two. 950, under contract in 2 days!

Nice, reasonably updated but not jaw dropping or anything.

We went to the open house yesterday. It was a good amount of space but didn’t have AC outside of the addition. I was shocked to see it was pending before the weekend was over.

The jaw dropping ones are going for $400K+ more. I didn't tour this one, but it looks like a nice, livable home that doesn't require any immediate renovations.

This one is listed for 1.05 but no inside pics and is currently "uninhabitable" per the listing?? Seems high for something that will need a complete reno.
