Conspiracy to violate the CFAA, I'd wager. Plenty of others could come into play with a resourceful prosecutor. Statute or not, It's just plain wrong and seeking to undermine your country's electoral process with the help of a foreign power is not acceptable even by the low moral standards the Trump Crime Family uses.
