LAMB closing its existing campuses and consolidating to one campus

Because there's not room for everyone at SD now. And because they have to pay for Walter Reed.

Consolidating to one campus for 18-19 would involving selling Missouri, selling LAMB's portion of Walter Reed and finding someone to pick up their lease at SD for 18-19 and 19-20, in addition to securing financing and DCPCSB approval to obtain a new building.

No. they can get out of Perry Street lease any time. And as for their other spaces, they would be incredibly easy to lease out, likely for a profit.

One building would be awesome. Anyone know the scoop on Kingsbury?

Kingsbury admin says they're not going anywhere.

Different poster- it's at least 80%, if not 90%. I rarely see a DC plate at dropoff for Perry Street. Financially they're barely holding on. If they actually did go under (or find a smaller more appropriately sized space) lamb should take it over.

Accused is still in jail. Preliminary hearing has been pushed back twice. At last hearing the prosecution said they have 18 complaints filed against him -- both victims and witnesses -- but only 3 formal charges.

Hearing is scheduled for May 12.
