Wait a second...oh, s&*%. This isn't my house. D&^*. I went into the wrong house again. It's so hard finding your house when they all look alike. Better go back to my car and drive around my cul-de-sac and hope I can find which house is mine.

Hate when I do that - and I was having such a good day for finally getting the internet, too

Does anybody out there use a cleaning service? I don't and I work 60 hours a week and still manage to clean every square inch of my 3000 square foot house DAILY, and make organic homecooked meals for my family. Of course, my husband and I share ALL housework equally.

I just think it's sad to see people not take responsibility for thier own messes. My DH came from a family where his mom was never taught how to clean. He was a mess in college. I had to show him how to properly do laundry, clean a bathroom, etc. Now, he can do all household chores and does split them. It just seems really lazy and so like this area. What a waste of money (good for those making the money) to wipe you toilets down and dust your cabinets (all of which take minimal level of effort and almost no time).

My baby is 9 months old & we are transitioning off of bottles, to a new pediatrician, to a big boy bed, to solid foods, to daycare, he is teething and I just gave birth to his baby sister. He is cranky now. Do you think it is because we live in Rockville?

If you had the benefit of a Mrs. Simpson's education, you would not swear.

Do you ever see any famous celebs out in Rockville? (and not just Washington DC types -- snore -- those don't count)

My husband and I make a combined income of 550K and we're stressed to the max because we're living paycheck-to-paycheck.
After we fully fund our retirement accounts, the college funds for our 3 kids, our short term, mid term and long term savings plans, we have almost nothing left!
Add in the expenses for the lawn service, nanny, and private school tuitions and we're under water each month!
DC is just SO expensive!
Anyone else living paycheck-to-paycheck and want to commisurate?

We have decided not to vaccinate our children and our 2 year old now has Rubella that has caused complications with her diptheria. Should we not go to the chicken pox party tomorrow?

That's actually a sophisticated piece of humor. Or is it performance art. Are you this playful outside of this thread?

I'm tired. In the battle of the wits, I find myself at a loss, for now. You must be a Beauvoir grad.

Until next time.
