Yes, our kids have to log on for 15 min increments with long breaks between. Its like the worse of COVID! |
+1 Teachers aren't living in Palisades, lol. |
Where do YOu live? Seriously even adults are not taking that risk in my area. |
| The entitlement is breathtaking |
Exactly. Lots of entitlement from those saying it’s fine my kids are out driving around. Do you think the employees live in your neighborhoods 😂. Unless your admin you are making 50-90 k and that 90 is after 20 plus years so no they don’t live near you. |
| I would like to know where the teens are driving around also? |
+2 we only come to the Palisades to serve you master. |
I hope you meant LIVED. BC otherwise why are you on here? Get a life! |
DC’s school is having live classes, although there’s some teacher discretion. First period teacher gave them a free period because it was supposed to be student presentations and that doesn’t translate well to Zoom. Math and history are very unlikely to do that. |
| Only a moron parent would let their teen drive around in these road conditions. They are not experienced enough drivers. Thanks for risking everyone else so your teen can go joy riding. |
My daughter's school is having synchronous classes through Thursday (we are in PG County). I hope the synchronous parts are just short checkins. 4 hours of virtual classes is horrible. |
| we going back wednesday or what? lol |
It’s sounds like the elites in the palisades can. The workers that’s another story. But listen the wealthy areas of NW DC are ready to go so we just need the poors to get with the program and get to work 😁 |
| AHC just announced an e-learning day for Wednesday. I'm sure it's the first of many schools. |
| We have been cleared out and business as usual since 9am Monday. Kids are hanging out at the country club today since schools are closed. Looks like we will be doing this for a few more days. |
